Website Terms of Use

The terms governing access to and use of the Altiaris website.

and related digital and marketing properties operated by Altiaris, doing business as Korcomptenz (“Korcomptenz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Site.”

Access to and use of the Altiaris enterprise decisioning platform (“Platform”) are governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, subscription agreement, Order Form, statement of work, Acceptable Use Policy, and other agreements entered into between Korcomptenz and the relevant customer organization.

Except where expressly stated, these Terms govern the Site and do not replace or amend any signed customer agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed customer agreement regarding use of the Platform, the signed customer agreement controls.

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you access or use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

The Site is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children.

Altiaris is an enterprise decisioning platform developed by Korcomptenz. It uses Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, to connect governed enterprise data, analytics, workflows, and AI-assisted decision support.

• You may use the Site to learn about Altiaris, request a demonstration, download resources, and contact Korcomptenz.
• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms on the Site and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Site.
• Atempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, accounts, or connected networks.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written authorization.
• Circumvent security, access, rate-limiting, or technical controls.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
• Use automated tools, including scraping or data-extraction tools, to access or copy Site content without our prior written consent.
• Use Site content or data to train, develop, test, or improve an AI or machine-learning system without our prior written permission.
• Copy, frame, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit a material portion of the Site except as expressly permitted by Korcomptenz.
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Korcomptenz may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, Korcomptenz, its customers, or other users; investigate suspected misuse; comply with applicable law; or maintain, modify, or discontinue Site functionality.

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Site or Korcomptenz intellectual property, except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and view the Site for its intended informational purpose.

The Platform technology and related intellectual property are governed by the applicable customer agreement. Ownership of customer data, customer materials, configurations, deliverables, and customer-specific developments is determined by that agreement.. “Altiaris,” “Korcomptenz,” and associated names and logos are trademarks, service marks, or other brand identifiers of Korcomptenz or its affiliates.. Microsoft, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio are trademarks or other brand identifiers of Microsoft Corporation or its affiliates. Their use does not imply Microsoft’s endorsement of Korcomptenz or Altiaris except where expressly stated through an authorized Microsoft designation or agreement.If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback regarding the Site or Altiaris, Korcomptenz may use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This provision does not give Korcomptenz ownership of customer data, confidential customer information, or materials governed by a signed customer agreement.

Access to and use of the Platform are governed by the agreements between Korcomptenz and the applicable customer organization. These may include a Master Services Agreement, subscription agreement, Order Form, statement of work, service-level agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Business Associate Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Those agreements govern matters such as authorized users, subscription scope, fees, service levels, customer data, confidentiality, security, privacy, intellectual property, warranties, support, suspension, termination, and liability.

These Website Terms do not grant any right or license to access or use the Platform.

Use of the Site is subject to the restrictions stated in these Terms.

Use of the Platform is subject to the Altiaris Acceptable Use Policy where that policy is incorporated into the applicable customer agreement or otherwise accepted by the customer or authorized user.

Platform suspension or termination is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party products (including Microsoft products). Korcomptenz does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. The Platform may also interoperate with Microsoft services, customer systems, and third-party products selected or authorized by the customer. The availability, terms, security, data handling, and performance of those services are governed by the relevant third-party agreements and applicable customer agreement.

Korcomptenz is not responsible under these Website Terms for third-party services that it does not control.

Korcomptenz’s collection and use of personal information through the Site are described in the Altiaris Privacy Policy.

The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the applicable Cookie Notice and preference-management tool.

Customer data processed through the Platform is governed by the applicable customer agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Business Associate Agreement, and customer instructions.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Statistics, market research figures, and third-party data referenced on the Site (for example, industry AI-adoption figures) are provided for informational and illustrative purposes, drawn from cited third-party research, and are not guarantees of any specific outcome from using Altiaris.

Korcomptenz does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or free of harmful components. Korcomptenz may modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue Site content or functionality at any time.

Site content may include examples, summaries, conceptual architectures, forward-looking statements, planned capabilities, or descriptions of features that vary by deployment, configuration, licensing, geography, or release status. Site content does not create a contractual commitment to deliver any particular functionality.

Information presented on the Site does not constitute legal, financial, medical, clinical, regulatory, engineering, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.

Platform outputs may include AI-generated predictions, classifications, summaries, recommendations, alerts, or proposed actions. Such outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular context and must be reviewed by appropriately qualified and authorized personnel before they are used for decisions with material legal, financial, clinical, employment, safety, regulatory, or operational consequences.

The allocation of responsibility for Platform configuration, human review, output validation, and the use of AI-assisted outputs is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

You are responsible for independently evaluating Site content before relying on it. No statement on the Site creates a warranty, contractual commitment, or representation regarding Platform performance, regulatory compliance, implementation outcomes, cost savings, or business results unless expressly included in a signed customer agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korcomptenz and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.

These exclusions and limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Korcomptenz was advised of the possibility of the damages.

The exclusions and limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability arising from access to or use of the Platform is governed exclusively by the applicable signed customer agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Korcomptenz, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site;
• Content or materials you submit through the Site that infringe or violate another person’s rights;
• Your intentional interference with the Site’s security or operation; or
• Your material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Korcomptenz’s violation of applicable law, willful misconduct, or material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Subject to any applicable law that provides otherwise, the state courts located in Morris County, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Disputes relating to the Platform or a customer engagement are governed by the dispute provisions in the applicable signed customer agreement.

Korcomptenz may update these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date stated in the revised Terms. Where a change is material, Korcomptenz may provide additional notice through the Site or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Platform terms or customer commitments will be made only as permitted by the applicable signed customer agreement.

When you communicate with Korcomptenz electronically, submit an online form, or use an electronic acceptance mechanism, you consent to receive communications relating to that interaction electronically, subject to applicable law and the Altiaris Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining a copy of these Terms and any communications relevant to your interaction with Korcomptenz.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver: A failure by Korcomptenz to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Korcomptenz’s prior written consent. Korcomptenz may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Site or Altiaris business.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Korcomptenz regarding use of the Site. They do not replace or amend a signed customer agreement governing the Platform.

Headings: Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive cessation of Site use, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will survive.
